    About Me
I am a district music teacher, teaching in six schools in the Salt Lake City School District and focusing on Choir and Ukulele. I have been teaching in this district since 2006. Previously, I taught in Indian River County Florida and in Granite School District, both in Middle School. I love teaching at the elementary level and seeing students connect with music and singing at a young age!  Outside of school I love to read, do DIY home projects, hike, and spend time with my family.

    About Me
Trish Wade graduated from the University of Colorado in Boulder with a Bachelor of Music, Bachelor of Music Ed, and Master of Music, a student of Abraham Chavez, Jr. She spent a year in the highlands of Guatemala working with Proyecto Ayuda, an organization similar to the Peace Corp.

She has been teaching music in the public schcools in Ogden and Salt Lake for 194 years -- or something like that. She also taught in the Instituto de Bellas Artes in Juarez, Mexico, and played in the El Paso Symphony Orchestra.

Trish loves to travel, to hike and explore new places. She loves children, and is grateful for the opportunity to teach and through music help them discover their own hearts and the joy of growing and sharing their musical talents
